Sure it’s a cool city but there’s not a chance that I want to pay $12,000 a month for a five bedroom house that I pay $3,000 in Portland.Live where you want.

This is along the lines of another 'ninja in training' idea, but I may have heard of someone being an 'administrative consultant' for another, not a PM.There may be a few distinct things one cannot do without being licensed.

In the future, I would try to schedule the inspection so that you can participate via facebook live, skype, facetime, or some other app or train your friend to do the inspection and document it properly.

It is a very cool place and you find some extremely helpful folks on here. 

The boardwalk is under construction and will extend all the way to the Aquarium.The Kushners (yes, them) own a multi acre plot at the tip of Gardner's Basin but I don't believe they have decided what to do with it. 

Also, I've read some aspects that are needed to look at a certain market, but if anyone has any tips for this I am more than happy for accept new information!
