That increases the chance of foreclosure, but since I don't look at many homes or commercial properties, I don't find too many of those.I do like to bid on parcels with liens that have billboards or cell towers.

If the dwelling has no mailbox and has a keyless bolting device, alarm system, or dangerous animal that prevents the landlord from entering the premises to leave the notice to vacate on the inside of the main entry door, the landlord may securely affix the notice on the outside of the main entry door.As for doing this online, I would also like to know too.
