(On that subject I'd like to commend podcast for having kid friendly content as my son is usually riding with me, and I never fear him hearing something inappropriate or psychologically damaging.)In summary, you guys have fantastic content YouTube, Website, Forum, Podcast and I'm appreciative for the many contributors as well as an opportunity to come and share.

You can also check tax assessor website which will tell you what the property is officially listed as.

I'm struggling with a location dilemma, and my husband suggested I ask "that real estate website I'm always reading" - so here goes!

They usually have website pages dedicated to what they are looking for and how to submit potential property locations.

I often come on this website because I feel burnt out, and the people here are likeminded/supportive and help make the process a little less emotionally draining for me.

On the HUD website it says only that: At least 80 percent of the units must have at least one occupant who is 55 years of age or older; andThe facility or community must publish and adhere to policies and procedures that demonstrate the intent to operate as "55 or older" housing; andThe facility or community must comply with HUD's regulatory requirements for age verification of residentsThis all seems a bit too easy to me, but can't really find step-by-step directions anywhere to do this.
