When I looked up the guy who bought property at auction- he also provided several homes to rehab and flip to now cancelled tv show about flipping homes in vegas.  

While he may have said he was "flipping the home" it is probably just some jargon he learned from TV and he is not really an "investor" per say.

I never watch(ed) the flipping TV shows, or had the gurus to inspire me, I don’t have a great eye for design, and I couldn't tell you what an ARV, yellow letter, or a soffit/fascia was. 

In my market, the traveling nurse program only pays $1,500 a month and that includes utilities, furnishings, TV/Internet, etc.

We had mostly brick homes, but we did have some houses that just had siding and we spent many times digging out bullets just over the babies crib, in the wall inches from the TV set, and more.  

I'm not an attorney, and I don't play one on TV.

ha, I was at the same meeting.I don't know anything about him except what I've googled, but the thing that was funny to me was that his presentation was almost identical to one I attended in Baltimore a few months ago, called "Winning the Property Wars", which was supposedly run, but not attended, by a guy from that Property Wars TV show.
