Reason being is I’m not personally responsible and the plaintiff can’t go after my other properties, personal residence, bank accounts, etc. if I lose the property that’s terrible, but it’s less than everything I own.

GREAT for the buyer terrible for the tenant and the TK operator.* So this leads to longer hold times for the TK operator so their cost of capital goes up and now that is passed on to the buyer . * Tenants unhappy* A rush to put a tenant in Because buyer wont close this can lead to picking not the best tenant.

The inspection came back with lots of work needed (new AC unit and water heater, extensive termite damage, critters living in attic, roof needs a tune up, and cosmetic repairs onto of this) but not terribly bad (furnace is fine, roof doesn’t need replacing, foundation is fine).

Have had TERRIBLE luck with them as it consistently misses 30% of my account transactions (+/-).
