Anyone found any of the surrounding suburbs to be well suited for single fam & small multi rental investing?

In that time, I have worked on hundreds of deals in Houston and surrounding secondary/tertiary markets: valuations, proposals for listings, market research, offering memorandums, property tours, etc.

That'll tell you if the inside mold spores are the same type(s) as the surrounding area and how much higher or lower the spore count is.

much better values in comm r/e these days in just about all areas of Sac and surrounding. 

There are no other lots in the surrounding area and the only other commercial properties we have found already have buildings.

Also, I toured HPU a few months ago with my son and I got a good feel for the university and the immediate area surrounding it.High Point has an incredible amount of inexpensive housing, including in the neighborhoods surrounding HPU.
