I prefer to benefit today when I can rather that make plans based on a unknown tomorrow.I would sell it immediately and get the money working for me and make more that sitting around undecided.Losing money today to make money tomorrow does not work for me.California is the only place I know of that speculation is, referred to as, and relied on as investing.To be honest there is nothing about California that I understand or makes much scenes to me.
