I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.

If a crappy area, I would not try to STR it, since you will likely be getting people who want a CHEAP place to stay.  

This results in increased crime and people leaving the city.

Plenty of people just move out of their homes after 1-2 years and buy another property. 

There are 3 people that are looking to move in. 2 of them passed background check and income verification.

Like do some cleaning job, contacting maintenance people, knowing how to pay water bills etc. these are all the basic work when you become a landlord and you need to know how to manage your property first.

Buying existing rentals and improving it is another story.Ya I hear a lot of the same from people!

I am no banker and there are people here that will certainly address your question better than I... but it appears you are blending real property and personal property and trying to bundle together into an LLC.
