Investing from overseas

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Julien, and I am excited to join this community from overseas (Belgium). I have some experience investing in my local market but I am new to the US real estate market and am focusing on investments that offer a strong ROI.

I am considering various types of properties and I am particularly interested in mid-low priced properties. ROI is key. I am considering investing in Ohio, based on successful investments by friends but am open to other areas provided the fundamentals make sense.

I look forward to connecting with fellow investors, real estate agents, and property managers to share insights and identify promising opportunities.

Thanks,

Julien
