Lately Ive seen multiple postings and and articles about people having trouble finding inventory that fits profitable numbers.

How is the inventory in your area and what does your 2013 look like?

I’m hoping BP can provide me with guidance from people that are where I’d like to be and supply me with key contacts that I can benefit from in my career.

Most people who start tracking probates (or diets or try to quit smoking) will give up way too soon.

The tenant smoked in the unit (even though their original lease said no smoking), so it had to be repainted and several other smaller items needed repair.

Dave Stinnett My recent fire loss of a property similar to what you speak of could cost upwards of $30k to repair. al ot depends on what needs to be ripped out and replaced. this would require total rip out of inside walls down to studs in lower level and substantial clean up of smoke damage on upstairs bedrooms and bath.
