 I was wondering if anyone has experience with traveling to the Caribbean or buying properties in the Caribbean.I am wanting to purchase a vacation home, and also rent it out when we are not there.

This might just be my opinion, but it seems like you'll get more versatility out of the listing that way, with more appeal for couples traveling together.- Have you been able to see the unit in person yet?  

Ideally, I would like to have a passive income stream that allowed me to travel frequently.
