I won the bid at $600, I was the only bidder, and it says I met the reserve.  

Getting quotes alone often requires multiple calls, and as consumers, we haven't experienced the level of service one would expect.

Having an established, experienced, local, full-service PM with a departmentalized staff is my first recommendation!  

And we have to have some in reserve in case we can't get it rented quickly or something like that.

Real estate is the business of time and sometimes you have to let some go by in order to replenish your reserves.
