@Charlton HoSounds like you're definitely from the "had a number, hit the number, walked away" mentality i mentioned.But it also sounds like you're the perfect reminder that we still get to make choices and investments after were gone!  

We usually get reminders to that effect emailed at us when a storm is out in the Atlantic. 

Reminds me of a story that I heard when I was at a real estate meetup.

I reminded him gently that per our conversation earlier in the year (when he asked what owners stance was on pets) I flatly told him the owners do not permit pets. 

I always want to do what is best for my client, but this was such a great deal for him that I had to remind him of this. 

It’s a good property management company, but now I know I need to remind myself in my calendar when those units are up for renewal. They do a great job fixing things at reasonable prices.

After a few months of kind reminders and finally a tow notice, he finally removed his trucks.

If you have would get on the phone to have a conversation if they are willing to stay as you’ve addressed issues. yes everywhere has bugs & I would remind them that.
