I'm sure there is someone out there though that does work on these projects you just have to find them!

I'm not saying they're aren't snakes in any profession but i am saying myself and the lenders i work with are some pretty awesome folks who focus on getting the deal through so you as an investor can make money and hopefully use us again on your next project.

I was actually wondering, for those working in bigger projects even more so, how are they working their budgets?

I've had multiple people come and look at the projects, tell me they would get back to me with a bid, and that's the last I hear from them. 

My husband/business partner isn't in favor of this project as all.

I would also love to sit down and chat about other projects you’ve got going and how I could help out.

We have some personal money to work with but not enough to fund an entire project.

Be Very careful adding a bunch of new debt to your projects. 

I would ideally like to project manage a few flips.

Jumping into a flip project without money is a recipe for disaster.
