For the 2nd one, I timed it so I was down there for the delivery.For decor and all the misc stuff, it was a combo of ordering what I needed online (Amazon, Wayfair, etc) to my personal residence, and then I drove everything down there.

The same developers are the owners of Margaritaville, and they have the same property management requirements there.Reunion - Great location, beautiful homes, 3 championship golf courses, multi-million dollar water park and award winning tennis center - Appears great, but it's hard to make a profit.

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate any insights or examples of successful ad creatives that have worked well for your STR properties.We've got a direct booking website getting built at the moment (which I'm particularly excited about), but then the next step will be promoting it, so I'm curious to get some thoughts and feedback around this.I know not everyone is excited about direct booking sites, but I'm mostly curious about the people who actually do have them and how it's promoted.Thanks for any tips!
