I did not hang my license as of yet due to some circumstances but seeing that I will be moving to Orlando for 6 months to do an internship I would love to learn all I can about the area as well as network and potentially partner with some people to get a few deals under my belt.

If you flip and sell it the same year, just realize you won't have the same tax benefits if you were to hang on to it for a few years.
