He is a lawyer based in Houston and there is a lot of good Texas-specific info on his site.It will impact you by being more expensive to get it set up and take time to make sure you follow the rules but if you want the HM loan, you don't really have a choice.

@Daniel Pitner For those counties only names of the decedent, executor and attorney are available for probate leads, there isn't any contact info.
