Entry price point is anywhere from $100,000-$150,000 for a 1 bed or studio condo and the sky is the limit for larger 10 bedroom lake view lodges (currently on the market for around $1.6+ million).

I don't know what their intentions are with the property, but I've been shown a few drawings my friend had and they were of a luxury condo tower.

for a more luxurious property vs a trailer, they have tools for that.  

Even thought about buying a whole lake and building a modular luxury cabin resort with every cabin having it's own deck right on the water, so you can jump in. 

I haven't looked at them in a while, though.Depending on your price point, the almost completed JW on South Clearwater Beach is still pre-selling luxury "residences."
