I am looking to construct a Self storage facility and I am wondering how much I should pay for land.

So here we are 5 years in with 4 rental properties working with buyers and sellers most and looking to find partners for building small multifamily buildings, duplexes, triplexes, quads, rent them out, refinance and reapeat, buy land, build the unit, rent, refinance, repeat so we got a BLBURRR.

Have airtight agreements that protect both you and the owner/landlord.

It can absolutely stay in the tenants name with the landlord or manager receiving a copy of it from the water company.

Has anyone used Patch of Land for funding ?

Does anyone know of a lender who can do conventional financing for land?

I have decided to purchase the property from the land lord and i would liek to know if the following asks are heard of or used:1.

We drove around for 3 hours and looked at the land he owned.

It is landlord-friendly, and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years.Areas like  the mid-market is a pretty hot and affordable.
