If I marketed the unit as 2BR and figured out how to deadbolt the gym room (thinking a remotely controllable lock w/audit logs), would I still need to be concerned w/personal liability from the locked room?

I would imagine a Zillow add would have had double the responses, based on normal CL vs Zillow adds on my SF rentals.Here are the rough #s:Land: 50 independent lots valued at about $500kWater sewer hookup fees: 500KRoads + Infrastructure: $750kTotal all in to get infrastructure ready: 1.75m for 50 lots on water/sewer...Then to roll the trailers in for rent/sale....Definitely a need for more affordable housing in the market, but just not sure if its a build it and they will come scenario....and how long to unload trailers vs. rentals
