Is this possible or even feasible to do?

I would probably like to contract for the other six but with rents escalating so high in this area getting another $60 a month to cover lawn care may not be feasible.

Helical piers won't work. some kind of spread footing with pier to bed rock might work but I do not believe it's feasible, it's something we use for bridges.

The strategy is an option depending on your cash and financing options too at the time, so it might not even be feasible right now.

they can at least give you an idea of the feasibility of it for that property.  

Either way, you would need to bring out civil engineers and architects to determine the feasibility of building on either lot, but the Amesbury listing looks like a standard level lot, so logistically it will definitely be a quicker process than the Brockton listing.You can do a lot of the legwork yourself to speed things up. 

I have been doing due diligence in regards to feasibility and are competition,  and I think I'm going to take the plunge.
