Oklahoma Residential Zoning

Hi, I’m in the process of buying a quadplex that is currently zoned for single family R1. I would like to get it zoned for its proper use. There are many properties in the neighborhood zoned R4. What is the process of getting a residential property rezoned? How long does it take? How much should I expect to pay in attorney fees? Thank you guys!

Hi Matt,

I've dealt with some zoning issues, and I also know another attorney in town who is pretty well known for zoning work in Edmond and surrounding areas. I'd be happy to talk through the possible issues and costs with you (no charge). Shoot me a message or give me a call if you want.

Ryan
