My question is If I pay to have a lawyer work with me and pay the engineer/ architect to draw the plans needed couldn’t the seller turn around and list the property once they memorialize that new approved use.

My parents want me to go to college and they are paying for it, so I am going to college for Construction Engineering because I think that major would help me the most with building/ flipping houses.
