I work for a family office in Manhattan with $300MM+ in assets, I can tell you, successful sophisticated Landlords and the larger real estate companies who own hundreds of millions of dollars worth of residential and commercial real estate are not sending e-mails to their tenants offering rent abatements or discounts right out the gate.

If I provide our local Chamber of Commerce or other 501(c)(3) non-profit with rent vouchers for qualifying hospital employees and first responders, would the foregone rent be tax deductible?

Unless you set the LLC up as an S-Corp or Corporation (verify this I'm not a tax professional) it'll report on your personal taxes under schedule C / E.

The average P/E of the stock market historically is about where it is RIGHT NOW ( around 16) so I would say things are not heavily overvalued or undervalued right now.
