@Lawrence Lloyd paclob Here is a good outline of questions you can ask property management companies to see if the number one they are aligned with you and your goals but number two they know what they’re doing  I would look up NARPM and start with them..Below are some questions I would think would be a good starting point for you to see who really treats their company like a business or a hobby.My business partner is a regional VP for NARPM and I am happy to help if you need anything please reach outQuestions to Ask prospective management companies What are your average days on market for vacant homes?

I do that with all 10 criteria and give them a total score. 26 - 30 equals a good prospect and I charge them a deposit equal to one month of rent. 16-20 is a high-risk tenant and they have to pay a deposit equal to two months rent. 15 and under is a fail.
