I would suggest denying the sub lease and give them the option of having only three people or signing a new M2M with 4 people.Start fresh with a proper lease and make sure you get it right.

The extra money covers the 1 unit and maintenance and a few extra bucks flow into the coffers or it's a break even and that is still OK because it covers the one big expense.My concerns are that once there is a problem with any member of the church (Mary is abused and needs a place to stay, The Smith's are kicked out of their house, Fred is in the hospital and it is closer to stay at the 4 unit place during care) the apartments become extra "free/low cost" rooms for use.

I had no idea that they could discriminate against renting to students.For all of you that do rent to students, unless you have a commercial policy that allows student rental, if anything happened and you had to submit a claim they would likely deny it.Is it legal for them to cancel a policy based on finding that I had at one time advertised to students?
