Auction.com Subject to PLEASE HELP!

I won an action on Auction.com for a property bank owned by Fannie Mae. The property is subject to approval by Fannie. The contract and EMD was submitted over 2 WEEKS AGO and still no response! I can’t get ahold of anyone on the closing team and my transaction coordinator says she cannot speed up their response. Had anyone had experience with this? If they deny my contract after all this time, I will cry.
