Costs add up quick.However from my experience structural and foundation systems are a different animal in this regard and I don't think it's reasonable or defensible for a regulatory jurisdiction to take this stance.

@David KuhlkeThe biggest benefit of a local CPA is that you can spend 2 hours in traffic going to and from his office and transmit the coronavirus in person.Everything else can be accomplished via phone or video conference and secure portals.
