What do you guys use for rent collection? all of our rent collection has been the old fashioned way until recently I have tenants recommending we go digital. I would like to do it through our own site were tenants can log in and pay rent. Do you use paypal? or is there a service I can embed into our site?

@William Thresh I have seen multiple presentations from Cozy at conferences.  Although I don't use them personally, I was impressed with their software.
