I was really hoping for personal mentoring + coaching/accountability from someone who is 100x ahead of me, since I’m already part of a few mastermind, but it seems like it’s more of a club and networking opportunity instead?

A mastermind/life/REI/Business coaching with high achievers, working towards financial freedom (I'm still a W2 with a few investments), active, working on improving all aspects of life, being active, (possible excursions once a year) family, health, etc... but with less of an initial investment and maybe initial net-worth requirement.

I can honestly say I've NEVER gotten my moneys worth from any "coaching" or "mentoring" program either for that matter.

We coach everyone to get rid of the people who aren't serious via phone.

It will probably have a coaching side to it as well, but I am still working out the details on that part.

Would they automatically recognize if all of them were not accounted for (ie: she forgot to file her Schedule E forms, which is possible unfortunately - I'm trying to coach her on what she needs to do)?

They start helping each other analyze potential deals/execution strategies and become “accountability” coaches to each other.

I am not shy to being coached or mentored, I mean who in they're right mind would be afraid of being taught how to make money?

Hi Conor,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to beginners:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.
