Thanks jon, its not like i want my full deposit back, im fine with cleaning costs, and general maintance, but 500 for blinds, when the walkthrough stated blinds were missing and damaged when we moved in...I feel like their trying to get me to repair the house they have neglected when asked to do maintance.
