I DO agree lists can be segmented and will benefit your response as your marketing campaign treats different 'segments' appropriately.Example #1: Surviving spouse wants to sell house and move in with adult child, retirement home, etc.

And we would have if the first appraiser hadn't disappeared due to a child birth.

hello new (first message) hope i'm posting in the correct place, apologies if not.So here's my situation...I'm 35 (only child/no kids, renter, total debt 60K -primary student loans, good job in tech) I have small family and all my relatives are 75+..its become apparent but very emotional as they need me to step up on inheritance, estate planning stuff.

Even though the treasure is usually not worth the 2-4k to do the trash out, it is still exciting to see if you can find something of value.Being a child who grew up in the late 80's and early 90's and having 10s of thousands of baseball cards myself, I would love to stumble upon an old baseball card collection.  

The thought of someone drunk or a child destroying themselves on that water feature has me seriously reconsidering.

Technically no different than handing a child a snack, but lots of people don't see it that way.  

Apparently two people were found dead in the rubble, two adults and one child were transported to local hospitals.
