BP is a great resource for learning the basics building blocks of real estate investing.

Some blocks are okay, but me?

I recently found a low priced single family home in a very high rent area, 2 blocks from a major university in a rapidly developing city.  

Hello, I recently discovered BP and am extremely excited by everything I've learned over the last few weeks.I believe I found a low risk opportunity to dip my toe into managing an Airbnb, but I would greatly appreciate a gut check before signing anything.I rent an apartment in a suburb of Chicago (Elmhurst) and found a second apartment (2 bed, 1 bath, 1200sqrft) 2 blocks away.

I believe most people will understand that parking in front of a garage will block entry and exit from said garage.

I live about 3 blocks away in a small home but looking to upgrade because family growing.

I would LOVE to grab these two properties and have 3 on one block.

After about a year of procrastination I took a leap of faith & believe I have a potential deal & I’ve come to a road block with overthinking.

COST: $33,262.00(Current bath/water heater/kitchen plumbing is on the east end of the house, the Master bed is on the NW end.)House sits on solid concrete foundation and walls (including interior) are all concrete block. 

I can only see the top portion of my post and everything underneath is blocked by keyboard.
