Will it look better to seller/buyer as a individual REI or a REI company?

For first-time home buyers there is none better than Javier Vidana!

My question is, proceeding forward, should these homes be listed via MLS or could I still work with an investor as a buyer?

I've been interested in real estate investing since I was young, especially after working on the pit crew of a race team owned by a commercial real estate investor.My passions are racing and automobiles in general, music, and video games.My hobbies are expensive!

It lowers the number of potential buyers that can afford to purchase a house and the value of houses.

The larger builders have dealt with this by slowing their current projects and reducing commissions to buyers agents.

I remember in real estate school the instructors warned us "buyers are liars" and that your career is much better off with listings rather than showings for buyers.

I had another buyer who bought a house to live in for themselves and they were so excited they got it for a steal. 

If rejected, we encourage all buyers to bid once the Auction begins."

So, I worked with some real estate agents to find distressed properties, found some cash buyers but still got no where, more so because the agents I worked with that claimed to be investor friendly knew nothing about wholesaling .
