Obviously I know owning real estate can be a lot of work, but I'm interested in learning how to acquire enough properties to automate it.

Hey everyone I'm a newbie wholesaler from Maryland. Question, would you advise employing a company to send out mailers to potential motivated sellers for you? I curated my list through my county's Tax Sale list.

Systems, preventive maintenance, ops procedures documented, automated collection and billing systems, etc. 

I can use "selected accounts" and pick all the tenants but I want this to be very automated ... tenants will change and I'd like this report to keep up automatically.

They promise you the world and that everything is automated, so all you have to do is "Plug and Play".

Everything else is automated.

Emailed about a potential property with 2 simple questions...is the current tenant remaining and if so what is the rent...got an automated response that the agent had "signed me up" for her email listings...I never ask for that...why can't she just answer 2 simple questions...are these folks lazy or incompetent or both
