Depends on the location.For example with real data analysis, I knew in Honolulu 3 BR /luxury is better in terms of cost revenue efficiency but in Maui, 1 BR/studio is better.Also recessionary environment usually only lasts up to 12-18 months so not good to be used to measure success.
