Not a great way to start out.Unless you have good enough margins and want to put that towards new carpet after the cats urinate all over the place then go ahead and allow cats.  

Looking back, I think a few things I did right (at first by lucky accident, and later by deliberate planning) made this possible:1)I timed my appreciation plays very well ... not that I nailed the absolute bottom of the market upon purchase (though I have), but like horse-shoes, hand grenades, and nuclear warfare, close is sometimes good enough.

It will not work well to try that at even the C+ or lower level ir if you have too many or if you have a good enough paying job and value your time more. 

The return may not be as good as you finding a great deal on your own, but what turnkey company is offering is good enough for you, maybe it's worth it, especially if you don't have to do all the work.

Whether it be fear of not being good enough for society, fear of failing their family(financially or emotionally), fear of losing their job, etc...

Or if it was mailed USPS with tracking, that should be good enough.
