My "should be amicable" divorce took 18 months and cost me about $30k in settlement and legal....just a word of caution.I'm the son of a CPA and have paid way too much to lawyers recently, but am neither myself, so consult proper counsel.

I just really enjoy teaching people different ways they can choose to build wealth and would like to possibly grow what i do into potentially classes or consulting or somthing.Just seems like allot of the gurus we all know don’t even think of this sorta thing or maybe the risk expossure is just part of the game?

You should consult a lawyer in NC before attempting to wholesale this property.My impression is that you can assign this contract unless there is other language or law preventing you from doing so.
