I have a house that had such low water pressure that the kitchen sink wouldn't even run when the washing machine was filling.It turned out to be just the first run of copper pipe coming in, which was so full of mineral deposits that the open path through it was like a spaghetti noodle. 50 feet of that, and not much comes out the other end! 

I will provide port-a-potties and distribute 5-gallon water jugs to all the tenants to use for teeth brushing, washing, etc.

So, it's a wash on paper.

Good point Lisa, it's kinda hard for a guy to describe how to wash drug money, unless he has been exposed to the process in some way.

I have a lender that will go as low as 1.5% over 3 mo LIBOR on multifamily, office, retail, self-storage, hotels, land with a plan, restaurants, car washes, and single tenant deals over $3MM.  

Has anybody invested in a car wash?

We have a large portion of the country that are not educated and are making decisions they know nothing about.I don't claim to be an expert myself and those who do are probably lying but I am versed in economics ( I minored in it in college) as well as understand the relationships between what has occurred in American History vs. what is going on in the political arena today.I personally don't watch TV because all there is is a biased media that is brain washing a country of mindless individuals who cannot think for themselves.PS.

And, the lawn must then remain unwatered for a specific time so as not to wash off the particles.Applying too much of the weed-n-feed is just as bad as over-fertilizing; you will burn out the lawn in all likelihood.

One thing to consider is the insulated space and heating, you don't want a washing machine to freeze!
