You will wind up with crap housing stock in crap areas with sketchy contractors who bleed you dry while subbing it out to rusty-trucked bozos who think a caulk gun is the fix for everything. 

I get it that there are a few "Sam Walton" types out there who drive the same old Ford truck, but many (perhaps most?)

I currently own a food truck/restaurant and real estate is my next career move.

@John Chang I would add a truck & extra trail to my trucking company 15-20k buy 2 properties under 30k have 10-15 left over to work with

Just got going on an El Camino a few weeks ago and I have an old dodge truck in cue for after the El Camino!

I have a close buddy who has expressed interest in investing with me and he runs a trucking route mostly along the southern states so I believe it would be an incredible insight to markets.

Also we’re starting the process of buying her a different vehicle and she wants a truck for several reasons one of which is because she wants me to be able to use it for the real estate.
