I need help in getting the ball rolling.I am a licensed Electrician.

I made quite a few low-ball offers, but really I just wanted to get some experience seeing places while I saved up the money for a down-payment.

Waiting will only mean missed opportunities while trying to time the market, which is pretty difficult without a crystal ball. 

Found BP through the Fastlane to Millions forum in hopes of expediting my learning curve and getting the ball rolling on increasing my cash flow.Feel free to direct any tips, info, and tricks my way.

I hate getting spam and unwanted phone calls so I thought I would call upon the bigger pockets community to get a ball park figure and idea of best companies out there.

I'd love to connect with people in our area who are finding success and who would be willing to partner with us and share wisdom as we get the ball rolling.Okay, I'll shut up :-). 

Realize of course that many times a quoted "budget" number is just some low ball BS number that's quoted in order to try and beat you down.  

-Do I Offer a bunch of low ball 25k type offers?

We low-balled the seller who said he would sell all the above for potentially less than 15k and offered 6k because houses were essentially 15k-20k rehabs with 50k ARVs.
