If you don't NEED to sell, why would you even think about this type of financing for the sale of the property??

Mary's Glacier that are currently selling for around $14,000-$50,000 will significantly increase.

Before that, I engaged in the Vero Beach, FL condo market, but opted to sell my properties there due to weather and rising HOA fees.

The market segment you are investing in has plenty of inventory and is selling very slowly.

Even if you try to sell in a few years with 4-5 years of abatement left, there won't be any appreciation. 

This is why RE agents often have sellers remove the JADU when selling.
