Dear BP,Bethlehem PA and surrounding regions have had substantial growth and have seen an influx of people relocating into the Lehigh valley area.For those doing business in the area, I’m curious how has this affected your business?

I am investigating this aspect since there are few legally doing it.The market for MTR seems like a good idea - Hershey hospital traveling nurses, hospital interns/students (teaching hospital there), Hershey Company interns and relocations, maybe other.Furnished Finder and other sites (traveling nurses) may be worth surfing.

Part of my stabilization plan is to slowly relocate the current residents, renovate into retail space, and place businesses with commercial leases (the building looks like it was always intended to be a retail space).

Others point out that the self-employed can have a business drop off, but then again a long time W2 wage earner can lose their job for something like a business relocation.
