Commercial due diligence HELP
I just got my first commercial property under contract (yay!). What are some important due diligence items I should be checking on during the inspection period? Obviously, structural, roof, mechanicals, etc. are already on my list. I will also be talking to codes as one of the buildings on the property is not on the tax record. What else am I forgetting that could cost me big $$$
NOTE: There are 3 buildings on the property: a residential duplex, 3 retail storefronts, and (potentially) a warehouse
