I've stayed in rentals that had over 50 five-star reviews even though they had broken furniture, a record player prominently featured in the marketing but it had no speakers, guitars prominently featured in the marketing but they had no strings, common kitchen items missing (e.g. strainer), and more.The response was too wordy.

Or, they might be a wholesaler and doing an assignment, double close or something else tricky and they have a title company that will do the transaction.But I've not heard of a lender demanding you use a specific company.That said, this is an incestuous industry and there are affiliations between many of the players.

They are key players on your team and need to be treated well if they do a good job.FYI, as soon as the property is under rehab start looking for the next deal - it will take your mind off of the current job (stress relief) and it wil make certain you are focused on your business.Greg
