No one sells an actual performing asset at a real life high cap rate. 

Pushing your wears on an new person who just asked a question is pretty low ball.  

There also could be tax benefits and fringe benefits like personal use.Good luck!

If you have back rent, take the person to court and get a judgement and garnishment of wages. 

I am using Google Voice, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to receive the automated call from Zillow through my Voice number.

If you find a cleaner to manage it life is easy but it's also difficult to maintain because you lose them to others that can provide more consistent work.
