If you are paying that much for a program (that you can learn for free on YouTube) then they should atleast answer that for youBut I can also answer for you - yes you can broker from anywhere

It really depends on experience level.

I think SD has just about the most perfect climate in the US.

Acquired 1-bedroom rental property, generating 30%+ cash-on-cash return.

They’ve listed the property on the market for $2M.

Example: The one listing on BNB Calc says the revenue was $157K where on Airdna is says the Revenue was $17.5K.

You are talking somewhere around 5-6 points depending on how much you put down on the purchase.

So for the dollar amount, returns, and additional risk I decided to just focus more on my day job.
