@Sean Morrisey the main thing is to look at the requirements and documents needed and have that ready in a complete and thoroughly organized hard and digital format and keep it in the the cloud so you can fire it off from anywhere as they will likely ask you for the same info multiple times. 

@Cheryl VargasMy experience with Co-hosts is usually 10% or maybe 15,% if they also organize maintenance repairs, etc.

There's an REIA organization that meets on Mondays I believe just before going over the bridge on str 60.

@Daniele Locke I would look at joining either RHAWA or WLA both are organizations that support Washington Landlords.
