I think the go getters and the strong are influenced by the doubt from others, while the weak give in and believe the doubters.

This plan has been influenced and enabled more by everything I’ve done before or after college than by my college experience.If you have a particular goal with college that supports your long term strategy then go for it, but don’t let it wreck your credit or bury you in debt.

There seems to be so much going on there and the environment is similar to San Diego (similar types of houses, wonderful Hispanic influences).

Sure, technically the fed doesn't "print" money, they influence the supply through the various levers of monetary policy, but BP isn't the place to debate that pedantic issue.

Reading between the lines on this gives me a strong belief that the Washington DC metro area will get the HQ to have more influence with government, potentially win more government contracts and have a major east coast hub.

In King County neighborhoods and school districts dramatically influence the value, so if its more than a half mile away it may not be a great comp, and will need some adjustment.6.
