Hello,Can any one suggest any legitimate books or educational sites on wholesaling and it’s pratices.

i am just starting out and i am currently reading "the book on rental property". i currently live on guam and educating my self to invest into rental properties. 

Before buying, would you recommend to incorporate and register my business in the regulatories or can I just buy it and the asset will be recorded on my personal financial statement?

I have been reading these posts for awhile and have found them to be very educational.

It includes what is required to get and keep the license, as well as what educators are approved by the state.

My best tip after you identify potential target markets is to start by finding an excellent property manager--during your interviewing process, you will also get educated on the area and what to expect.

I'm trying to educate myself on taxes, and while doing so, I started an LLC to start maximizing my write-off like expenses, travel, seminars and education, home office etc.
